IMPORTANT NOTES:

If You Do NOT Receive a Phone or E-mail Confirmation Within 48 Hours After Faxing in Your Registration Form, Please Call Us to Confirm We Received it.

Also to insure you have a reserved seat in our class, if you are registering within two weeks of the workshop date, please be sure to fax your registration form to us, versus mailing it only as mail delays may cause us to not to receive your registration form in time to prepare your class materials.
